This PR adds the RunInfo.xml file in the run_dir .tar file for NovaSeq6000 testdata .  
The RunInfo.xml file is required for the multiqcsav module according to this <https://github.com/MultiQC/MultiQC_SAV/blob/main/README.md#required-files:~:text=params%20are%20needed.-,Required%20files,-The%20illumina%20directory|docs>
