Hi @Caroline Clabecq. Can you confirm you removed the old versions output channel?

do you get this error in the CI or locally?

Indeed, I hadn’t removed it. I did, and that resolved the first error. @Marcel Ribeiro-Dantas

be sure to have the most recent nf-core tools dev version installed

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall git+<https://github.com/nf-core/tools.git@dev>

(we use that for CI linting)
