I'm not sure with just the oras url. However the Seqera Containers page has a my recent containers page, and you can access the build there. If you didn't build the container yourself, then open the container and in the root, there should a yaml that lists which packages were installed into the container. Use that to select the appropriate packages in the Seqera containers interface, and click build (using singularity) and then go to the build page and select the
