I removed all the tests folders because we do not need them locally in our pipeline and it reduces the numbers of files drastically :slightly_smiling_face: also I updated pcgr and cpsr to the latest version and prepared for the first release

because its for the first release and it was rather an exercise but its a but pointless before having a real release I think

Yes I agree but at this point its just the skeleton and adapting to nf-core standards as soon as we start introducing new features and changes it makes sens
