hmm, https://github.com/eWaterCycle/setup-apptainer doesn't support arm64 yet... is it worth to add it in a fork, so we can test the pipeilnes also on signularity on arm?

What changes would be needed?

I guess an additional step that runs for arm with:

sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:apptainer/ppa
 sudo apt-get install -y apptainer

we could add them also to our

nf-test/action.yml

but feels a bit bloaty

might be better than forking + maintaining something new, if that's all it is
