How can I correctly skip the

params.input

lint check? I have:

lint:
  nextflow_config:
    - params.input

in my

.nf-core.yml

file but I still get the warning that

params.input

does not exist:

schema_lint: Parameter input not found in schema

I have done that somewhere

as far as I know 3.5.1 is more or less the same as 3.5.2

I'm actually misreading the error - it's not the nextflow_config lint that's failing - that's correctly ignored - it's the schema linting that's failing. Doesn't look like you can turn off elements of that, just the whole thing

No, I have two separate inputs so I gave them more descriptive names

schema_lint: false

is the only solution AFAIK
