Hi everyone! I'm doing some prep work for next hackaton, I'm working on a new
stacks/refmap
module for the Stacks RAD-seq pipeline (
ref_map.pl
). The module needs BAM files + a population map as test data, and there's currently no RAD-seq BAM data in the
modules
branch of
nf-core/test-datasets
. The
radseq
branch already has the source FASTQs (Lpolyphemus ddRAD chr26 data, msp_0 to msp_9), and I've aligned these to the reference to produce small BAM files (~8KB each, 10 files total) plus a popmap.tsv. I'd like to add these to the
modules
branch under
data/genomics/eukaryotes/lpolyphemus/radseq/
. Is this the right approach, or is there a preferred location/convention I should follow? Happy to adjust as needed. Thanks!
This is the repo for the module im preparing, so far is working i think most of the work to do is just linting an tests: https://github.com/TheGreatJack/modules/tree/stacks-dev/modules/nf-core/stacks/refmap
I created a PR just to be proactive: https://github.com/nf-core/test-datasets/pull/1894
