Uhoh, @Diego Alvarez Saravia re- the conda failrures I guess we've been hit by the recent pandas version issues 😅 I guess need to pin the version of pandas (if not already) inside the custom python script modules/
d
I solved all the conda/pandas error by changing the command to get the version. We still have two failing now, I'm investigating right now what could be the cause.
j
Uh oh., it's busco 😅
IN the first case
d
One is busco, the other is checkm
j
The second case it's checkM and the infamous 'no module named pkg_resources' error
I had to fix that already for concoct
(on bioconda)
Which just had a version bump 😱
d
What did you do for that? Adding an old version of setuptools as dependency?
j
Yeah
OK they fix this, so we can just update the module
I can do that now if yo uwant
if you investigate busco?
d
Ok!
j
There is no singularity biocontainer for checkm atm
I could switch to seqera containers
d
I've been switch all containers to Seqera when updating modules

The BUSCO issue is because of numpy v2.4 introduced a change that broke BUSCO. I'm going to pin the version in the module and report the issue to their gitlab.
