Hey yall, would it be reasonable to try to add some of the Parabricks GPU modules (haplotypecaller, mutect2, deepvariant) to Sarek as part of the hackathon next week? I see @Famke Bäuerle has this open issue on the same topic.

I think you can open subissues for the overview issues and mark then for the hackathon?
