we can mix and match old publishDir syntax with new workflow output syntax
so no need to migrate ALL at once
as I know it can be a pain
and why I am trying to push for a multiqc_files topic
But anyhow, just migrating the files produced by MultiQC is easy enough and can go a long way into helping people start using the workflow output if we want to go down this way now

because in my opinion 3798 is useless without at least some output published via workflow output
