Having trouble with tests for dev PR. linting pass...

Having trouble with tests for dev PR. linting passes on my local machine with nf-core version 3.5.2 but fails on github with the same version:

try to pull them from the template branch with 
git checkout TEMPLATE -- assets/nf-core-bactmap_logo_light.png
(this liting test is unfortunately a bit flaky sometimes)

Ok, that worked with 
git checkout upstream/TEMPLATE -- assets/nf-core-bactmap_logo_light.png
Do I need to do this with the png files in 
docs/images
as well?
