Hi everyone! Could those of you experienced with making test datasets for nf-core pipelines have a look at my test dataset for cageseq v2? The structure of the test data folder now looks like this:

Here, in v1, I put files that were used for the first version of the pipeline, because the second version of the pipeline did not work on them for some cryptic reasons, and because I created and tested much smaller files for v2 anyway. New FASTQ sizes:
152K testdata/S1_chrIII_unique.fastq.gz
136K testdata/S2_chrIII_unique.fastq.gz
Sizes of new reference files:
84K reference/BSgenome.sacCer3ChrIII.Sidorov.sacCer3ChrIII_1.0.tar.gz
320K reference/sacCer3chrIII.fa
152K reference/sacCer3chrIII.gtf
Sizes of old FASTQ files:
2.2M cage1.fastq.gz
2.2M cage2.fastq.gz
Sizes of old reference files:
17M chr_sub.fasta
196K chr_sub.gtf
Please let me know if I need to change anything before I open a pull request into
test-datasets

I would put everything into a v2 subfolder where it is different to v1.
just to make it future proof
rest looks good imo

Thank you very much, Matthias! I'll do.
