nextflow.config

even work within

nf-test

?

Do you have a branch or PR related to this issue ? I don't see anything obvious at the moment. But you could set the config under

script "../main.nf"

and set it to

./nextflow.config

instead of just

nextflow.config

.

Also you don't need the versions.yml as well as the versions channel being set via the

eval
