does seqera not handle git submodules? i kept getting a generic "Repository may be corrupted" error. Note: I can run this workflow fine locally via nextflow. Finally i removed the submodule from my repo and that seems to have solved the issue launching the same workflow from the seqera platform. is there a way to use submodules with seqera or is that a no go?
