In any case, I have include a link to the corresponding TODO in each of the issues to be able to go back to them

Hi <@UT94DM516> wanted to confirm those Issue match my TODOs, a lot to do with clean `.tsv` channel naming which makes downstream reporting a little easier.

We're all at a hackathon on various tasks this week, but having them as Issue was a super helpful idea for any NextFlow hackathon or smaller tasks in the future!
