Hi, I would like to help in development of this pipeline. Please let me know which one is the development branch?

looking at the git activity for this repo, looks like

dev

is the most recently worked on (but hasn't been touched in a long time). Because this pipeline is quite behind with respect to the nf-core template, if you really want to pick this up, you might consider starting with the most recent nf-core template (via

nf-core pipelines create

) and then manually moving things over.

I've actually forked the repository and started working on it. As mashehu said I started over based on the nf-core chipseq. Here is the link to the repo : https://github.com/Bios-seG/mnaseseq.git

or so and you can freely cooperate there 🙂
