How do I use the mosdepth module without the second input which is optional?
```MOSDEPTH(ch_bam_bai_bed, [])```
should work right?

Not sure about this module, but in general, yes, `[]` is the way

`[[],[]]` for this module, since input is `tuple val(meta2), path(fasta)`

you actually need it when it's optional and the meta map is accessed

having [] is just an empty file, but having [:] is an empty map

so if the meta map is accessed when using [], let's say in a tag, that will fail
