I have a number of md files now I am using to make Claude do my bidding for sarek in particular. Should I push these? I think in the past we were hesitant to do this for nf-core as a whole, but I'd be willing to add it to sarek and see if drive-by PRs really become a problem

This was originally requested by @Adrien Coulier. For me we could actually merge those, but I don't mind having a file that pretends its for humans and thus not called <FAVORITE_AGENT>.md
