Hi! I’m wondering if there are any attempts to enable nf-test using -resume? When it is applied on pipelines it is just so slow (more than 10 min each for small test data) that becomes quite painful to work with

There is nothing of the short yet as far as I know. I would first nf-test all subworkflows to make sure they dont breka first, then move to the final end-to-end test. Can always also use skip_flags in the pipeline (and activate them in the end-to-end nf-test) to not test very time consuming tasks.

I've tried a PR to solve this https://github.com/askimed/nf-test/pull/339 But I've got no answer for the moment.
