Candidate should have a basic understanding of statistics and have worked with DNA and RNA sequencing pipelines, experience such as excellent skills in scripting in python, git, reproducible workflows, downloading data and metadata from the short read archive, using standard bioinformatics pipelines bash, pytorch (though not essential).
