Hello. Is that initial strict mode

nextflow.enable.strict

still a thing ? I seem to remember it had things that are not covered by the strict syntax. For instance the option makes Nextflow emit an error if publishing a file fails (otherwise it’s just a warning). In other words, strict pipeline execution rather than strict pipeline definition.
