@Phil Ewels is there a Google Cloud equivalent to AWS Fargate? Re: nextflow-io/hello, when I launch this job, it successfully downloads the hello.git repo but fails with:

Error executing process > 'sayHello (1)'

Caused by:
  PERMISSION_DENIED: Request had insufficient authentication scopes.

I'll check credentials. Took about 20 minutes to fail though

I don't actually think Google has an equivalent. There's CloudRun but you have far fewer options in terms of control.
