Hello! I think our slack posting on pipeline run/failures has been broken for a while (or I lost the channel in the madness). @Adam Talbot wrote a slack plugin that deals with the new Slack API: https://seqeralabs.github.io/nf-slack/. been using it for a few weeks now and it works great. Should we replace the slackreport json etc with it and once that is done see how we can post to pipeline channels specifically?

In the same vein, @Nicolas Vannieuwkerke made an MS teams equivalent, so it could be replaced entirely

(this is why it can't be the same plugin as Teams, it's using a bunch of APIs unique to Slack)
