Hello everyone, I am trying to get pbmarkdup log into MultiQC report. The search pattern of MultiQC is:

pbmarkdup:
  contents_re: LIBRARY +READS +UNIQUE MOLECULES +DUPLICATE READS
  num_lines: 5

I get this log, but it does not go into MultiQC report:
