Hi, can anyone take a look on https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/pull/1667 it's not ready to review but I'm unable to recreate the fail on my machine. I have errors with docker-ARM - how do I choose the OS for testing?

Did you look at the failures? It's a snapshot issue in both archs, you need to update the snaps for

subworkflows/local/quantify_rsem/main.nf‎
