Consistency improvement for RSeQC: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/9588 We were using the single-package biocontainers but also pinning r-base, so they were out of synch. Also, there are no ARM builds for the out-of-date R that was pinned. So I've pinned to a more recent R and used Seqera Containers to make containers matching the envioronment.yml.
