We had 1 person, and we discussed about how one could add steps to a pipeline, I showcased the Sarek way to do it, with the flexible samplesheet schema and the intermediate csv creation. It's worth noting that while I believe it's nicely done in sarek, we could also have handled this case with multiple schema being loaded depending on the step, which I think might be the future of sarek when we're finally getting forward with chaining things up.
