I just noticed the multiqc module

meta.yml

has a

containers

field with a bunch of specs. However, the containers aren’t up to date with the container definition in

<http://main.nf|main.nf>

and

env.yml

Are these fields new and can we add some linting so these don’t diverge?

I really hope there’s going to be some good automation around this, seems like a pain to set up manually
