So @Alejandra Escobar has been writing this module here: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/9582 It downloads and prepares CDD databases for downstream blast tools applications. My question is; do we want to have such a module here, rather than using download and decompress modules directly in pipelines. My vote is yes, since this can be a nice wrapper for preparing the cdd blast dbs for ease of use. But let me hear your thoughts
