basically the way I see it, we only really need a yml file containing the params, and detailing which kind of test we want on the pipeline side

For all unit tests, plain nf-test is good

for pipeline tests, I think we need to simplify, homogenize and streamline how we test, and I quite like where I'm getting

most warning nextflow produces are actually stdout

but I have a discussion about this with Ben already

and I want to deal with it in a nicer way

so that's why I'm highly interested in nf-test dev

We're getting pretty good at reproducing results, I want to make sure we reproduce errors reliably over time too
