The docker image for
NFCORE_AMPLISEQ:AMPLISEQ:QIIME2_INSEQ
points to
<docker://qiime2/amplicon:2024.10>
and I am getting an error when singularity tries to pull this image:
Copy code

Going to https://hub.docker.com/u/qiime2, the amplicon image doesn't seem to be there? Is this a bug or something I am missing?
I'm running version:

Hi, it seems to work for me and for github CI tests, ~12 hours back and now. The target is https://quay.io/repository/qiime2/amplicon?tab=tags and that contains 2024.10. The command to download the container with singularity should be
singularity pull  --name qiime2-amplicon-2024.10.img <docker://quay.io/qiime2/amplicon:2024.10> > /dev/null
, i.e. with quai.io which seems to be missing in the command that is used for you. Potentially that was overwritten by a config or such? You can try to pull the container manually:
Copy code
singularity pull  --name qiime2-amplicon-2024.10.img <docker://quay.io/qiime2/amplicon:2024.10> > /dev/null
and if that works move it into
work/singularity/
so that it will be picked up when you start the pipeline. I just tested that locally and it worked for me.

For some reason my version does not pull from quay.io but directly from docker. When I run your script it works but if I run the singularity pull from the actual workflow, it fails
singularity pull  --name qiime2-amplicon-2024.10.img.pulling.1765477628027 <docker://qiime2/amplicon:2024.10> > /dev/null
Putting the .sif file from quay into my singularity cache dir worked though, so thank you!

Glad it works now!
