The map you post above reminds me that I had a question from Christoffer Lee (or someone else) in my session regarding removal of "contaminants", i.e. non-target sequences. I thought we had an nf-core pipeline for this and #C06316EFZSQ is the one I didn't remember the name of. Maybe you, @James Fellows Yates, can let the participants in the metadenovo session know if you have their email addresses?
