Hi, I have the following strange error that appears randomly (https://github.com/nf-core/modules/pull/9451). If i rerun the test it works... Both errors are generated but it seems that workflow.errorMessage only contains one of them. How can I make sure I capture both errors ?
> ERROR: join operation resulted in an empty channel. Please provide a valid ch_posfile, ch_chunks and ch_map channel as input.
    > ERROR: ch_panel files must be either VCF/BCF or MSAV.
Assertion failed:

assert workflow.errorMessage.contains("ERROR: ch_panel files must be either VCF/BCF or MSAV.")
       | | |
       workflow | false
'ERROR: join operation resulted in an empty channel. Please provide a valid ch_posfile, ch_chunks and ch_map channel as input.'

This is because of the way you wrote your pipeline. It will immediately fail if one of the error conditions have been met. Thus it only shows the first one. I'm not sure there's an easy way to achieve what you are asking because of the flow logic in Nextflow

What I find strange is that both are in the verbose output but not in the errorMessage. I've used
filterNextflowOutput(workflow.stdout).contains(
and this work nicely !
