Hi 👋 Martín Beracochea reached out through GitHub asking whether I was interested in contributing to this project (since our group maintains a metagenomics submission tool). I bring very limited Nextflow experience, but have spent many a day pondering ENA metagenomics submissions. I won't be able to do much before next year, but I hope I can be of help come January.
