do we have more pipelines that should have arm CI runs? https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/pull/1641

There are layers to it.

as we saw with rnaseq, arm CI tests are helpful in testing if they pipeline actually runs on ARM and with the same versions as in the normal CI. But we should probably only run it on merge to dev and PRs to
main
(and a manual trigger)

https://github.com/dslarm/bioconda-contrib-notes/blob/main/wave_missing-manual-changes.txt is a list of pipelines that aren't complete due to a missing constituent, it's derived from Phil's https://github.com/ewels/nf-core-arm-discovery - that hasn't been rerun in a while, and breaking dependencies may have been added, or removed since then. I guess the individual pipeline owners need to do something to make these actually runnable..

Note that we're having a focus week at the moment on building infrastructure for the Seqera Containers adoption over in #C09V4RAHV0X (nf-core channel
#wg-container-conversion-task-force
). Hope is that we can make a jump forward in automation and infrastructure over the next few days to push the project forward.
If all goes well, that'll mean that many more (all?) modules soon start building for ARM and properly connecting all of their various container types

Then in the next release of the template, we'll start pushing pipelines to build from them for proper ARM adoption
