Hi team, could anyone give a review of this PR https://github.com/nf-core/scrnaseq/pull/502 fixing this long standing bug related to a reference name mismatch between a probeset and the pipeline-built reference index (is this an okay place to ask for reviews? tried #CQY2U5QU9 but no takers yet)

People that are not familiar with #CHN5BV5DW will hesitate to review this, as domain knowledge is required to review this I just had a look at it and it looks good, however I cannot approve it as I do not have any prior experience with cellranger multi and the thoughts that went into the current implementation I am sure @Gregor Sturm or @Felipe Almeida will have a look at it when the have time - it should be a quick review
