Hi, the multiqc process is not run in gpu, which error are you getting?

To help we'd love a few more details please: 1. The Nextflow command you used to launch the pipeline 2. Any custom Nextflow config files 3. The full error message 4. The corresponding
.nextflow.log
file, where you are running the analysis. Remember to use triple backslashes on their own lines for code blocks. Also take a look at https://nf-co.re/usage/troubleshooting for more information on debugging failed pipelines. Thanks!

Hi I run this pipeline on aws in the step multiqc it can not find libnvidia-ml.so.1
I use aws instance with gpu tesla T4
when apply --use_gpu true seem that in docker for multiqc may add --gpu too , i am not sure
j
Which version of the pipeline are you using?
In any case, maybe you can try to run this step in a cpu instance it would be cheaper and this step does not need gpus to be run
m
I use version 1.1.1 , I had run with CPU it work, so I try to reducing time by using GPU s=but got an error in multiQC.
now I know that use the GPU instance will not support for multiqc , I will skip multiqc and do it later,
Thank you.
another issue the pipeline try to download database each time , So in case I would like to predownload, do you have any link or location ?
I also need to download full database 2TB, if you have any advice please tel me.
j
My guess is that is not the multiqc process itself the one causing the issue, probably some monitoring service, you can configure the multiqc process to run in cpu and the prediction in gpu
m
for multiqc, it use singularity ?
j
we provide the databases on this s3 bucket:
<s3://proteinfold-dataset/db>
I don’t understand your question, the processes will use docker, singularity or other container technologies depending on what you use to run the pipeline
m
I got it Thank you.
