Hi there, it's me again. I was running into the following error while trying to process some VISIUM HD data with the pipeline. Looks like the default settings can't necessarily detect images for VISIUM HD properly?

To fix the problem, use the -s option or set the environment variable TINI_SUBREAPER to register Tini as a child subreaper, or run Tini as PID 1.

Strange error, it seems like it does recognize the data as VisiumHD, but fails to load the png image
tissue_hires_image.png
. It claims that adding the imageio[pyav] or imageio[opencv] pip package could fix it. Could you share the png file in
Visium_HD_Human_Colon_Normal_P5/binned_outputs/square_002um/spatial/tissue_hires_image.png
so that I can check the problem?
