I started a PR here to add in Sentieon acceleration for STAR: would someone be able to review this: https://github.com/nf-core/rnaseq/pull/1590 ? It unfortunately ended up being a bit bigger but it is just adding sentieon as alternative for any STAR call. I put a more detailed description in the PR .
Also would it be possible that we cut a release with this one in?
