For pipeline docs within the
usage
tab, we can create nested structures by having subdirectories within the
docs/usage/
however I was wondering if it anyone could help me find out how to: • determine the order of the subpages (instead of being alphabetically). • Have an index.md for these subdir pages to give an overview. See for example https://nf-co.re/viralmetagenome/dev/docs/usage/, when expanding the toolbar on the left pages are orderd alphabetically and index.md doesn’t seem to be the ‘homepage’ of that subdir.

The Frontmatter field "order" is defining their sorting: see https://github.com/nf-core/crisprseq/blob/master/docs/usage/targeted.md The usage.md file should act like the index file.

But for those subdirs, you cannot create an index.md i guess or should it then be in my case something like this:
usage/
  workflow/
  customisation/
  workflow.md
  customisation.md
usage.md

Oh, never tried out such deep nesting. No idea tbh

I’ll give you an update when I try it out.
