r
somthing is broken on the megatests submission. the results directory for the release ends on dev
m
ok not that highly similar
r
#CE5LG7WMB issue
ah wait no this is the dev branch
i though you released?
why are the full size test not run on the release?
resubmitted without fusion
doing this check with s3 for bigger files is no good
➕ 1
m
good idea
we did release
that's what was triggered by the megatests
m
oooh, that test was not the megatests megatests but the megatests not megatests
confused dog 1
r
what
shared a GIF
😁 1
@mashehu are you saying that this should have been run on the new release tag and not on
dev
?
@Maxime Garcia, I have no idea what's going on 😆
m
i don’t know the full context, but because you were talking about megatest and release and something broken, I thought it was related to this, but if it is from the
dev
channel then homer disappear
r
Ok we need Maxime to clarify if this run was triggered on the release action -> bug in tools because it picked
dev
instead of the release tag
m
Given the timing, I assumed it was triggered by the release action, because I didn't trigger it, and @Famke Bäuerle forgot about it
r
then a bug it looks like
m
I'd agree
and then related to what @James Fellows Yates was talking about this morning
j
I checked all recent releases and we all had the same issue
Mag, bamtofsstq and ampliseq Release job was being skipped on GitHub actions
And an earlier one was ending in
-dev
Iirc
f
At least I ran the full size tests locally and they completed without issues so I forgot that there is the AWS one 😅
m
yeah, so not fixed sadpanda
r
fusion is not the culprit.
still failing
m
sad cowboy
