Hi!
This pipeline didn't get a template update with tools 3.0.0 due to an incorrect `version` entry in `nextflow.config` in the dev branch. It should be e.g. `1.2.3dev`, no leading`v`, not just `dev`.
Once you changed that in your `dev` branch you can get a template sync PR by starting the sync GHA action with your pipeline name as an input <https://github.com/nf-core/tools/actions/workflows/sync.yml>

Hey, I just created a PR with the fixed versioning <https://github.com/nf-core/circrna/pull/174|here>. Unfortunately, the nf-core tests do not pass, as the template update has not been done yet. <@UQZG2UCF3>, could you fix that deadlock with your core-team powers? I think if the referenced PR would be merged, I could then perform the template update
