supports updating entire tool families in one go, making my life that much easier!

shout out to @Matthias De Smet for updating samtools, gatk4, picard and fgumi, so roughly 90% of the modules I use

I'm spamming lots of pipelines to add in the new

manifest.diagram

and vetting each manually as I go, to make sure that I'm pointing at the right file. It takes a task like this to force me to really go through all nf-core pipelines and take in the sheer amount of work that you all put in to building with nf-core. The #C05T2JW2UUF are AMAZING and unique and brilliant and, well, #C05AHQPA9A7 - all of you! 🌟 Feel very proud to be part of such an amazing community..

Shout out to @Adam Talbot that by making a chain of changes, including massive PRs, in #CM46YC6BZ -> #CJRH30T6V -> #CGFUX04HZ which conincidentally solved an issue in #C03MDE53ZCP And now EVERYONE has much smaller gatk4 containers

helper to update modules that have been ported to allow this. It was a blast, so fast and easy. So huge thanks to the infrastructure team and the hackathon team doing the conversion 🎉
