Nextflow source test CI failed

I'm giving up and handing over to <@UQZG2UCF3> :laughing:

who doesn't love writing github actions...

We should be able to write them in markdown now and github just sort of makes them work, right?

they had some kind of feature release about it not long ago?

yeah, vibe-coded actions sure make it better

well at least it didn't work first time for you <@UQZG2UCF3> :sweat_smile:

TIL actions/checkout cleans up the directory before pulling files (third try is the charm)

<@UQZG2UCF3> wasn't this meant to be fixed post v4 release? :melting_face:

Then why was it not already fixed? Isn't my fork in sync-ish with dev?

easiest is probably to disable actions on your fork for now.

ok so it's running on both my fork + <#CE5LG7WMB> main now?

<https://github.com/nf-core/tools/actions/workflows/nextflow-source-test.yml>

Great. Ok, I've disabled actions on my fork completely.

<@U03CKGEU3LZ> any ideas?

```ERROR ~ Cannot invoke method containsKey() on null object
 -- Check script 'nf-core-testpipeline/subworkflows/nf-core/utils_nfschema_plugin/main.nf' at line: 72 or see '.nextflow.log' file for more details```
should be fixed by <https://github.com/nextflow-io/nextflow/pull/8012|github.com/nextflow-io/nextflow/pull/8012>
(also: yay that our nightly tests are doing their job here)
