During the hackathon I built an integration that lets Google's Antigravity/Gemini IDE use Seqera AI as a domain-expert subagent for Nextflow tasks. This means Antigravity handles the full engineering workflow (GitHub PRs, CI/CD, AWS infra) and delegates Nextflow-specific questions — module search, pipeline analysis, Wave container builds — directly to Seqera AI via
