Hi Everyone, Payment amount is missing in CyberSource for few transactions and for those transactions there is no cash sale record present in NetSuite, even cash sale id's are present in CyberSource. Could anyone please tell the actual cause behind this.

Hi Everyone, We have two subsidiaries in our NetSuite account and both subsidiaries need different way to create invoice. Sales orders need to be invoiced before item fulfillment on one subsidiary and for another subsidiary, Sales orders need to be invoiced after item fulfillment. Though, we have deployed a script for this but in order to achieve this first we need to enable a feature under Accounting> Accounting Preferences> Order Management : INVOICE IN ADVANCE OF FULFILLMENT. But as we enabled this feature, all sales orders start getting invoiced before fulfilling for both subsidiaries and we do not want that. Could anyone please tell us if there is some alternative solution for it as it is hampering our business a lot. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have a question regarding the login scope for a customer. When a customer logs in to a SuiteCommerce/Sitebuilder webstore, they are not logged into the NetSuite customer center. How can we log the customer into the NetSuite customer center as well, as soon as they login to the webstore?

are you using a reference bundle? if the mixed content warning is the item thumbnail, the ref bundle needs to be updated to use the secure version of the thumbnail (or relative path).

Has anyone else noticed that NetSuite has decided to put all site builder websites (that pass DNS validation) on the Akamai CDN? This seems so crazy to me. 15 years without a single bug fix or new feature, and now they roll out a secret CDN? why wouldn't they at least tell us what they are doing? Here's a way you can find out - ping your hosting CNAME. It's in the format www.domain.com.hosting.netsuite.com. The first line will say 'pinging shop.source....netsuite.com' or 'pinging xxxx.akamaiedge.net'. If it's the latter, surprise! You're on the Akamai CDN. It's possible that this could be a good thing, if it were done correct. This would require: • full access to all CDN settings • bare minimum would be to clear the cache • include an interface for all the other critical CDN functions - controlling what is cached, reporting on activity and bots • ability to configure bot fighting, block IPs or countries • image and protocol optimization I doubt NetSuite has any plans to give us any of those features, since SuiteCommerce has had a CDN for 10+ years and the only thing you can do is clear the cache and add a header.

Anyone running into an issue where "outofstockbehavior" setting is ignored by the sitebuilder? Currently we have items set to "Disallow back orders but display out-of-stock message" and our sitebuilder just lists the item for sale regardless.

Hi everyone, we have a client still on Sitebuilder and they received the latest notice that CDN will be automatically turned on for their production domain on 9/16. Does anyone know if CDN is now supported on Sitebuilder sites? We are concerned that this setting being turned on could impact performance (or worse). The documentation still states, "CDN caching can't be used with SiteBuilder sites." so we are curious how NS plans to roll this out for any remaining Sitebuilder sites out there.
