They are sort of right. I experienced this. I used before load to add the item lines, only to realize it doesn't impact the sales order. I had to use the client script to add items.

Does anyone still use/monitor the NS Professionals website? Or now that we have #C06V7S5E77Z is it just obsolete except as a way to request slack access and view slack history? I accidentally clicked on the #CN8UP2JQ5 for the first time in a long time and was noticing there's a ton of posts on the website that seem to be spam (pushing specific services that aren't even related to NetSuite in any way).
