    our system is running well this morning , the records pages monitor says differently but no lag issues and ive been checking on the team throughout the morning.

    We have been having perfromance issues since Friday, 6/27. We are on Data Center= US Phoenix 2. Is ther a outstanding Defect with Support on this issue?

    Defect with Support ? ALWAYS NS Support is very defective.. but we also are on US Phoenix 2 and our lag has been resolved appears on its own as of yesterday AM

    iv got a ticket with NS. but they have not given it a defect yet. You should open a ticket.

    our issues have since been resolved as far as I'm aware. our ticket was closed.

    We had maintenance on our account last night to prepare for 2025.2 release. Today, I cannot edit any saved searches. Any one else having issues editing saved searches after maintenance? I've only tried to edit transaction saved searches thus far.

    We have a process that runs overnight and it seems to be stalling between ~230-4 am PST. We're on US Phoenix 8. I don't suppose anyone else is having this issue?

    Also getting multiple users reporting issues here. How do you confirm which data center you're on in the UI? Edit: Setup > Company Information > Data Center We're on US Phoenix 8 fwiw

    Someone from NS Performance just rang me about my case. He said he was having issues even on his side, accessing his internal NS account and getting timed out / kicked out. From my side, it does seem like things may be better, if not fully resolved.
