We got notified last Friday that the NetSuite Connector was changing the product listings from Flat File to the Amazon Listings API and that beta would start May 12. We're poking around the dashboard and can't find the AmazonListings category or either of the Beta Listings buttons. Is anyone else in the same situation and if so, have you found the updated beta items to test with? Getting a ticket together, but figured I'd try here first to see if I'm missing something right in front of me.

Hey I'm encountering an issue with the Celigo Shopify to NetSuite Integration App for a client with multiple Shopify stores using different currencies (EUR, SGD) that are converted to CAD in Shopify before syncing to NetSuite. Problem: Small discrepancies exist between the Shopify CAD total and the NetSuite Sales Order total, likely due to currency rounding or conversion precision. Current Setup: I've followed Celigo documentation and configured a NetSuite variance item (non-inventory/other charge) to track these differences and reconcile the totals. The expectation is that this item would be added as a line item to the NetSuite sales order to match the Shopify total. Issue: The variance item is not appearing on the Sales Orders, resulting in a total mismatch. • Has anyone else experienced a similar issue where the configured variance item dosnt get created on NetSuite Sales Orders? • Are there any specific conditions, settings, or limitations (e.g., related to tax, currency handling in either Shopify or NetSuite, or Shopify store configurations) that might prevent the variance item from working as expected? • Are there any recommended workarounds or custom scripting solutions?

I've read through the help doc 3 times and there is no notifications setting in the Order flow. Under notifications you can only set custom addresses for settlement and product sync errors. Is there any way to link a purchase order to a support case via SOAP or REST API? Client wants to do this. In the UI, you can go to the case, the related records tab, then click new, and create a purchase order that is now linked to the case. I cannot find any way to do this with the APIs, in the records catalog, I don't see any joins with purchase order. Does anyone know if this is possible, and how it could be done? Or what table(s) or fields even hold this relationship saying the PO is a related record of the case?
