Anyone getting hit with 4x - 6x costs for FSM at renewal??
I’ve heard this is happening to many customers

Is there any documentation out there actually explaining what I can put in element objects? I've been searching the docs but I can't really find anything detailed.
For context, I wanted to show a text field, which isn't on the record in netsuite, but the mobile app gets stuck on loading when I try that. (error im guessing). Yet if I set this custom element to inlinehtml, the page loads.
Or if I map this custom element to a netsuite field "map" : { "mobileAppElement: "ID of netsuite field" }, it doesn't get stuck on loading but it seems to just ignore the element entirely? Like I set it to readonly, it isn't readonly. I set a label, it doesn't change the label.

What do you want to show it? Just a simple text?

honestly I was just more curious if there were docs about what we could actually put in the elements. The existing pages I found basically has no information and was just extremely simple examples where some didn't even work.

I basically wanted to create my own element, yea text, based on a different fields value. Then ideally I wanted it to save to a netsuite field (hence the mapping). The reason I wanted it to be my own element name rather than a netsuite ID was because i needed this logic across a lot of pages, so I wanted to copy paste it across. I struggled enough with it that I decided to just create the element using the netsuite ID for each page and it worked. It just wasn't fun to do.

Does anyone know if there us a way to programmatically download a Service Report for a Case.
We need to store the Service Report on the case record so that a custom portal can pick it up

<@U0447JLT1AN> I think it's a matter of sending a request to the correct suitelet (use Dev tools to check what's called when the button is pressed). I hid the FSM Service report button because I had to create a customized version of the report.

We had a look at that, but it returns the PDF in a viewer.
We cant get the contents and then store it in the filing cabinet

Yeah, it looks like that is our only option
